David Gae
I am a third year graduate student in the college of biological science at University of California at Davis, where I am pursing a Ph.D degree in Biophysics. I work in the field of computational biology applied to biophysics and chemistry. I am a joint member of Koehl lab (UC Davis Genomecenter) and Fisher lab (Department of Chemistry).
Research
The focus of my work is a combination of computational modeling (RecA protein family) and experimental characterization of protein-substrate interaction
